I am Faculty at the Academy of Executive Coaches where I teach the Systemic Team Coaching Diploma.

I enjoy this time supporting professional coaches, OD practitioners, HR and business leaders to develop their systemic thinking and practices.

For many years I managed & led teams, shaping strategy & leading systemic change. For the past 9 years I have worked as an independent, coaching & consulting across a breadth of sectors.

I am an accredited Organisational Development Practitioner through NTL, have a Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from the AoEC, and am a Master Practitioner in NLP. I am accredited in a variety of assessments including Lumina Suite.

Kent born & bred, I live in Maidstone with intentions to move West one day! As a family we have deep connections to Wales & have spent many years travelling to and from Gower Peninsula where much of our time as a family is spent roaming the hills and beaches.

Having spent over 20 years playing competitive netball nationally, I now enjoy more leisurely exercise trail running and swimming. When the UK weather allows, I am found in the garden mostly trying to grow things to eat. And I love radio 6 and reading.
