Rachael Hanley-Browne
My clients describe me as insightful; a lateral thinker, challenging but empathetic and pragmatic. During my career I have continuously built and led teams, my roles have often been internal start-ups. I have held director roles at Harvey Nash PLC, Ashridge Business School, and the US Center for Creative Leadership.
I’m currently Global Council Chair of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
In this role my work involves working alongside our 28 international presidents to develop a global strategy and governance structure that draws upon their talent and expertise (along side that of special advisors and previous executives) to ensure effective governance, enhance visibility, communication, & collaboration. Encouraging innovation and sharing of ideas positively impacts and benefits both the organisation and the members it serves.
I have a Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from the AoEC and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (2020) from Oxford Brookes University.
In 2021, I published my team coaching research in the International Journal for Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring.
I have also contributed to a book on relational team coaching due for publication in 2023. I am a BPS Registered Assessor and accredited in a variety of assessments including Hogan Suite.

Hailing from the Northeast I have lived in Sheffield, moving South first to Bristol, and, now an exiled Geordie, I am an adopted Londoner of over 30 years. I have worked internationally, including US, UAE, Europe, and briefly in China.
I enjoy jazz, art, architecture, and travelling to islands - most recently Bermuda.
