Who we are

Rachael has led cross functional, virtual and project teams to deliver international client assignments in Europe, the US and Asia. She has been accountable for major accounts, P&L and delivering growth targets; strategic goals and organisational outcomes are at the core of her work.  

 

She is currently president of EMCC UK.  

 

Rachael believes that it is possible to achieve return on investment and change without compromising on culture and values.

Her particular focus and curiosity about working in, and with teams, is:

  • How teams shape, narrate and deliver the business strategy

  • How diversity in all its’ forms impacts team performance

  • What happens at the end of team coaching relationships?  

 

In 2021, Rachael published an academic paper on this subject

Maxine Gooding

Max has led UK and global teams across a variety of contexts and disciplines including client facing, infrastructure, transformation programs and culture change.  She works as a coach, facilitator and organisational dynamics consultant focusing on individual, team and organisational performance and behavioural change.  

 

Max is Faculty on the Academy of Exec Coaches Systemic Team Coaching programs.

Her particular focus and curiosity about working in, and with teams, is:

  • How the past and the future impact a team’s ability to operate in the present

  • How teams identify and tackle repeating patterns that inhibit team performance

  • How inclusive leadership extends a team’s capability beyond its immediate core
