Dr Sean Smith

Sean supports the Team Lab with expert advice and guidance on behavioural psychology, and specialist assessments published by Psychonomics. Psychonomics was founded by Sean, and the Team Lab is licenced to use their innovative team assessments, including the Team and Workplace Dynamics Inventory (TAWDI) and the Global Executive Dynamics Inventory (GEDI). Where appropriate, Sean will support us with client engagements, in particular for large scale international programmes grounded in psychological assessment. 

 

Additionally, Sean also consults on human resources engagement, market insights, and human science research projects. Sean holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in psychology. He followed with an honour’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree specialising in psychological research methods and methodologies. He then bridged his psychology and business backgrounds by endeavouring to pursue a postgraduate diploma in business administration, followed by a PhD in behavioural economics.
