Lise Bruynooghe has extensive hands-on business experience as economist, banker, transformation professional and advisor to the C-Suite in complex international organisations. She is fascinated by what it takes to tilt structures within oneself, relationships, organisations and society and excels at implementing change, engaging across all levels from the Executive Management team to staff and the Board of Directors.

Lise works with clients in multiple industries, countries, and cultures across the globe and cares about building a more inclusive and sustainable world.

A French national, Lise was raised in Germany and subsequently lived in Russia and the UK. Currently, Switzerland is her home, together with her husband and their three children. Lise values pragmatic, solution-driven approaches. She has a knack for broadening viewpoints and connecting what seems unrelated into a multifaceted whole. Lise thrives in international, fast-paced environments with colleagues and clients driven to make a sustainable impact in the world.

Lise is passionate about the future of work. She is an expert in Design Thinking, agile ways of working and self-development, which she tought at the French grande école Sciences Po Paris and Anant University in India.
