Our highly experienced team are accredited and qualified Supervisors of coaching and consulting.
They generally take a systemic approach to Supervision and work with you to uncover the systemic challenges, interpersonal dynamics and personal responses that often emerge during team coaching.
With their long experience of working as team coaches themselves, they quickly understand the level of support that you might need and work with you to identify the kind of challenges you might face.
Whether it is managing boundaries, re-contracting with the team or sitting with conflict in the client team: we are there to hold the space for your growth.
